At XRCI, we believe that all work and no play makes Jacks and Jills very dull indeed. Appropriately, a typical workday at our centre could be punctuated by fun table tennis duels, intense gym workouts, or lively debates over snacks with colleagues in the cafeteria – all of which contribute towards making XRCI a fun place for research.
Along with our meeting schedules, our calendars also regularly remind us about events organized by the fantastic XRCI club including sports meets, month-end gatherings over delicious snacks to celebrate birthdays, marking festivals and events such as Holi, Independence Day, and International Women’s Day. The club’s activities also extends to organizing weekend retreats and day-long picnics where employees can unwind and get to know each other in a more informal setting along with their family members.
Giving back to the community is another integral feature of working at XRCI. Our CSR Club organizes regular events such as visits to old-age homes, fund raising activities for disaster victims, community spotfixes inspired by The Ugly Indian to keep our surroundings clean, and regular blood donation drives.
